June 10, 1999 - New 2.488 GHz SAW Filters for Clock and Data Recovery Applications
Norwalk, CT...Vectron International has developed a 2.488 GHz Timing Recovery Surface
Acoustic Wave (SAW) Filter for Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) applications.
Compatible with SONET OC-48 and SDH STM-12, these devices are packaged in a hermetically sealed
surface-mount leadless chip carrier measuring 9mm x 7mm. Frequencies between 2 GHz and 3 GHz are also
available for applications such as Digital Video Transport at 2.380224 GHz and Forward Correction
to OC-48 at 2.6660571 GHz and 2.875392 GHz.
The Vectron International group designs, manufactures and markets frequency generation and control
