Vectron International Furthers Commitment to High-Reliability Space Industry with DSCC Class S Qualification for its MIL-PRF-55310/16 Clock Oscillator
Qualification of the Mount Holly Springs Facility Provides Market's Only Class S MIL-PRF-55310 Component; Enhances Ability to Meet Customer Requirements for Performance and Reliability in Demanding Environments
MOUNT HOLLY SPRINGS, PA — Vectron International, a leader in the design, manufacture and
marketing of Frequency Control, Sensor, and Hybrid Product solutions, today announced that the
MIL-PRF-55310/16 Crystal Oscillator (XO) produced at its Mount Holly Springs facility has received
the highest qualification by the Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC). Vectron's XO, a hybrid
design housed in a standard 14 pin dual in-line package, has earned DSCC Class S qualification,
making it the only such component on the high reliability space market and assuring customers that
the component conforms to the stringent quality guidelines laid out by DSCC for mission-critical
space applications.

DSCC is the Lead Inventory Control Point for Maritime and Land-Based weapons systems under the
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). It is the largest supplier in the world of weapon systems parts to
the United States Forces and its allies and manages more than 700,000 different supply items for
