The VS–800 is a high frequency (800MHz to 3.2GHz) voltage controlled SAW oscillator (VCSO), packaged in a 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.4mm footprint, capable of achieving 6fsec rms jitter performance over the offset bandwidth of 12kHz to 20MHz.
